For our West Vancouver pool deck, we chose a muted palette for the seating area off of the primary bedroom for calm and relaxation. We added pops of colour by the pool to keep things playful. We repeated the check pattern in a different hue - creating continuity without being too predictable #theformfactor

Welcome to our guest retreat. This guest bedroom features two queen beds framed by one custom, oversized headboard - designed to offer comfort and flexibility for every guest. The rich magenta carpet pulls its colour from the wallpaper, while we opted for deep blue accents as we wanted the room to feel bold yet still mature.

We are very happy to share we have been chosen as a finalist alongside Best Builders and AI Technology & Design in the category “Best Single-Family Residential Renovation $750,000 - $1,500,000” for the 2026 Georgie Awards @chba_bc Our collaborative effort on “Behind the Scenes” - a renovation project of a modest Vancouver bungalow to a Japanese-inspired living space - balances simplicity, natural materials and understated elegance for this functional family home.
