Around here she’s a wearer of many hats and solver of any problem, always keeping us on track and focused on what’s to come. Lauren’s vivacious energy and big laugh bring a sense of ease to our studio and no doubt smiles to the faces of everyone she comes across. When she’s not in the studio, she’s probably getting lost in nature with her two dogs or dreaming about a cabin in the woods she and her hubby have got big plans for.

A master of conversation and the anchor that grounds our studio environment, her light-hearted and approachable nature defines her character and is reflected through the care and attention she gives to each person who walks into our studio. Her dedication to her craft and to the work that comes through our doors is unmatched. There is nothing she loves more than her family, good food and great adventure.

Raised by the sea in Barbados and now surrounded by the trees of the West Coast, Taylor has long drawn inspiration from nature and the quiet it brings. Always a source of sunshine, her calm yet disciplined character ensures consistency and provides a source of stability for our team. Taylor’s passion for the small details is expressed through the care she takes in bringing to life our client’s vision… and in those darn good construction drawing sets she’s so known for.

Diving into the conceptual side of the design process and bringing to life a project that reflects the client is where Alexa finds her joy. Pragmatic, resourceful, and perhaps overly organized, she approaches the design process with a keen eye and willingness to adapt. She finds inspiration in connecting with people and their stories, seeing new places and new perspectives.

She’s the first voice you hear on the end of the line and first face to greet you in the studio, always keeping our team on track and clients in the know. A big picture thinker and always two steps ahead, Jacqui brings to our team a calm energy that balances out the dynamic nature of our studio. She’s a lover of all things design, sunshine and movement, often found after work on the beach, toes in the sand, and a volleyball in hand.
