Kitsilano

After living in her Kitsilano townhome for more than three decades, our client was craving some major change. A transformation from top to bottom was necessary, and the results made for a nearly unrecognizable home. We completely gutted the space – taking out walls, adding structural beams and a few new windows. Removing a wall and expanding the kitchen allowed for the perfect entertainment space. We used airy neutrals and a transitional design to comfortably update the space. Once construction was complete, we finished the space by adding furniture, decor and art. Our scope for this project ranged from permit submission, all the way to art installation.
