Awards are always appreciated, but recognitions like this carry deeper meaning. A few weeks ago, some of our team members had the honor of accepting the 2025 BC Embodied Carbon Award for collaborative work on the 1908 to Net Zero re-construction project. Being recognized for our commitment to sustainable building practices was a proud and meaningful moment for all of us.

Latest rendering for the 1908 to Net-Zero project - which we have the pleasure to be a part of - alongside Deep Green Developments @bestbuilders & others.

In Vancouver’s Mount Pleasant, this three-dwelling strata by Deep Green Developments includes the reconstruction of a 117-year-old character house, an expanded 2-bedroom garden suite, and a new 3-bedroom infill home.

A continuation from the kitchen cabinetry, the bold punch of green is carried into this welcoming, light filled work space. Natural wood tones, black accents in the lighting and hardware & a textured soft green wall covering add depth and character.

This laundry room makes us swoon! The floor tile o

This laundry room makes us swoon! The floor tile offers a playful vibe & brings in tones of green which are used throughout the home.

The washer & dryer were thoughtfully built into the space with flush textured storage cabinets above, something that is often overlooked in laundry spaces. To the right, you will see a space to hang clothes to dry & a cute apron front sink. This room is a functional as well planned & pretty!

This kitchen provides a vibrant, layered backdrop

This kitchen provides a vibrant, layered backdrop to the adjacent family room. The stone backsplash steals the show with this dramatic veining! A dark matte natural stone was selected for the countertops to complement the backsplash stone without taking the attention away from it. To further tie in the graphic black accents, we designed a custom patina metal hood fan shroud for the wood shelves to finish into & added interesting layers of lighting by adding wall sconces to either side of the hood. We love the bold choice of the green cabinetry which gives this kitchen a true personality!
