The Study at SFU

The Study is located in the Student Union Building at the centre of Simon Fraser University. We renovated this space to create a vibrant, welcoming hub for students, staff and locals alike. This ‘barcade’ offers a variety of seating areas to suit all types. A moody yet colourful gaming lounge is located on the lower level, complete with its own bar and a variety of games. The upper pub is a welcoming, light filled space with stunning views and intimate dining space that we created by designing custom bookcase room dividers. At night, the tables are removed and the space becomes a dance floor, adding an exciting nightlife opportunity to SFU. Our scope for this project ranged from permit drawings to furniture selection.
