Sunshine Coast

This apartment is located in Davis Bay on the Sunshine Coast. A large interior renovation was required due to a fire that destroyed the original condo. The owner desired a space that suited him and his family but also was suitable for an AirBNB. A fresh and breezy colour palette was selected in order to complement and not take away from the water view. The dramatic natural stone backsplash is the focal point of the kitchen along with the large island with integrated dining table to gather around. Our scope for this project ranged from permit submission to furniture selection.
