This project came to us through a builder we work with. Our scope included the selection of finishes, lighting and furniture for this home in South Surrey, which was being built to sell. This meant we had to consider a wider range of buyers when making selections. Budget played a key role in this selection process – we chose to select a range of price points for materials, reserving the more expensive finishes for areas with the largest impact.
